We purchased this remote because it is an exact replacement for the original. As with all electronics, occasionally there is a faulty unit, and the one we received was one of them. After exchanging several messages with the seller trying to resolve the issue, the seller agreed to a full refund. Other than that issue, the shipment, packaging and customer service were excellent.
The seller sold me the wrong remote, but was very apologetic, and allowed me to keep the remote and still gave me a full refund. I would definitely recommend the seller, they are honest, they tried to help resolve my issue, and because they were unable, they gave me a full refund.
