It is the 1997 Merian Botanical Prints booklet issue with Scott numbers 3128 to 3129. The self-adhesive definitive set is serpentine die cut 11.2 x 10.8 on 2 or 3 sides . Some albums list these as ( die cut 11¼ x 10¾ ). Phil Jordan designed the 32c self-adhesives and they were printed by Stamp Venturers. They are based upon artwork by Maria Sibylla Merian. Thirty two cents met the USPS First Class 1 oz rate from Jan. 1995 until Jan. 1999. The vending booklet stamps are a smaller than the convertible pane stamps. Each se tenant pair has been expertly cut from BK261 vending books of 15 and left on original backing paper.
