I would describe it overall as good, with the following demerits:- maps in front colored in, some countries have flags colored or stickers added, looks like someone started removing stamps from the front such as the USA but stopped by F or G countries, some early pages had stamps cut out Current total of stamp mounted usually by hinges a few USA in the back by tape and loose between pages 1,140 with best country probably Persia/Iran with 107 stamps others with a fair number are G.B., Greece, Hungary, India, Italy, Japan, Jugo, Mexico, Netherlands, Poland, Romania, Russia, Spain, Sweden, Switz, Usa in the back S+H for 6 lbs $15.00 in the USA, anywhere else at cost S+H $5.00 in the USA, $20.00 anywhere else
