As described, brand new except some dust from sitting on a shelf. Installed it and it worked perfect. We saved a ton of money compared to buying a new from Harrington. The seller went out of their way to coordinate overnight shipping (worth the price) and got us back to work.
Originally wrong item shipped by mistake. Seller shipped correct item and a prepaid return label. Note that she had both a unit and an insert which be easy to make a mistake. Rate her 5 stars and would buy again from her.
