In all my researching, I had the opportunity to compare prices and this was the best price for the product at the time I purchased. Seller was very kind to message me when the product was shipped & wanted me to let them know when I received my package. Very concerned with me getting my package in a reasonable amount of time, undamaged.
Ordered stainless steel shoehorns that seller stated were made in USA. Shoehorns arrived quickly, looked exactly like photos, made of stainless steel, sturdy. However, package clearly marked "made in china". I immediately communicated this to seller. After frequent emails back and forth, seller said unable to get product from USA supplier, offered free return label and full refund. I declined and kept the items as received. Seller very responsive/polite.
