Great customer service. I received my cap on Christmas Eve in the mail. I went to turn it on and it would not turn on. I sent them an email on Christmas Eve after 6:00 pm and they responded that evening with the solution. Turns out you have to hold the power button down for 3 seconds and then it turns on. So I have been using the device methodically for almost 3 months. I have to say that it is doing something. I am getting some tiny hairs where I have not had hair in a long time.
These are beautiful! Unfortunately one of them had plastic parts that had broken off (I ordered two), but from the looks of the package, that is not the sellers fault, and it was an easy fix for me. Good packaging, but brutally treated by the postal company! Very good communication with the seller throughout though, and the product is very well made! I'll definitely buy from this seller again:)
