Snow Performance Shut Off Solenoid Upgrade: Snow performance shut off solenoid is used when mounting the injection nozzle lower than the reservoir or the reservoir is rear-mounted to prevent gravity flowing. It is also used to prevent siphoning when the injection nozzle is mounted after the throttle body or carburetor and is exposed to vacuum. Snow Performance electronic solenoids are designed for use with the Snow carburetor plate nozzle adapter. They include a wiring harness, a plastic solenoid with 1/8 in. NPT female threaded attachments, and necessary fittings. The solenoids should be mounted after the throttle plate to keep from siphoning at idle, or if the nozzle must be mounted lower than the reservoir to keep from gravity feeding.
