As described it is an open box product yet new, without any marks on the headphones. The packaging surrounding the box is damaged, at the back, as expected from description. It came inside a bubble lined bag, which is thoughtful and had arrived sooner than expected. Inside the box contains the user's manual, the charging cable and the pair of headphones itself. It is not as white but looks exactly like the photo, a very, very light gray color. It was also charged, ready to use.
The Fitbit came exactly as it was described. It was an open box purchase, and the seller made that very clear in the listing. All parts were in the box and look great. Everything on it functions properly. I was unsure about ordering it because of the open box, but the contents are in great condition. All in all, a great price for a quality product from a seller that was open about the product in the listing. I'd buy from them again.
Awesome seller. Arrived in two days, box was damaged, but headphones were perfect. They did mention the box would be damaged. Great seller and they offer refunds if not satisfied. Also, where else on ebay are you getting two day shipping?
