Very cool pen, It arrived brand new in original box exactly as described and has a beautiful blue color. The seller even went out of their way to impress me by wrapping my pen in matching blue tissue paper and a metalic blue smiley sticker that was nearly idenitcal in color to the pen. Someone willing to put that much detail into shipping a product is someone that will ensure good customer service. I certainly expect to visit Streetfair again if I am in the market for a writing instrument.

After contacting the seller, they checked to see what happened with my order and provided updates. They would send another ink the next available business day. The second order arrived here safely. Ordered an Ink Cartridge Filling Kit on Apr 14, the package was delivered 3 days later, Apr. 17. Great service! The kit was exactly as described and the packaging was very secure. (I ordered 2 other items from other vendors dealing in pens and supplies--I don't even have a shipping notification from either of them. Streetfair is outstanding!
