  1. This seller made everything right and the SRAM works. First, the seller only sent two of twelve. I contacted them. Sent a photo of their invoice; only 2 were sent. Got no response. Opened a case. A few days later, Got a message. Then a 2nd package arrived. I tested all 12 chips. Everything works! Chip seems real. Not a counterfeit or white washed. Case closed. Bottom Line: Radwell is reputable. Honest. Had a great price. I'm very happy. Their communication hiccup was no doubt an anomaly.

  2. Item received did not match written description or stock photo (though it was similar, so I will give the benefit of the doubt that it was an honest mistake). I returned the item. Seller ignored one of my questions and was very slow to reply to another. In the end, I got my refund, but it was a huge hassle and waste of time. On the bright side, the item was well-packaged and shipped to me reasonably quickly.

  3. I am glad that there is a company that provides hard-to-find discontinued machinery parts. This much needed part was well packaged, and shipped clear across the USA arriving just a day late, but the company was able to let me know when it would arrive. I am satisfied doing business with this company, and should I ever need something else that may be hard to find, I will check with them.
