[A fun-to-drive custom Beetle that looks great off-road] This is a complete electric radio control car with a custom body and large tires of the Volkswagen Beetle known as the "Baja Bug" that participates in off-road races set in the desert. A lightweight and strong bathtub frame with four-wheel double wishbone suspension equipped with CVA oil dampers. The authentic mechanism and big tires with high grip allow it to run through rough roads with ease. The body is made of realistic impact-resistant polystyrene resin. The light covers and door mirrors with plated parts enhance the sense of scale. The flashy splash pattern coloring also attracts attention. A driver figure is also included in the interior to add realism to the powerful driving. [Rear-wheel drive chassis equipped with 4-wheel double wishbone suspension with oil dampers] The main frame is a bathtub type made of lightweight and strong ABS resin. The motor is mounted on the rear end to drive the rear wheels. In addition, the sealed gearbox that keeps out dirt and pebbles has a built-in differential gear that creates smooth cornering. The suspension is a 4-wheel independent double wishbone suspension. The highly rigid monocoque type lower arm is used to reliably absorb strong impacts, and combined with the CVA oil damper, it exhibits supple movement. The front wheels have three ribs and pin spikes to improve straight-line stability, while the rear wheels are a high-grip type that combines pin spikes and two rows of cross patterns in the center of the tread. The large diameter and excellent cushioning allow it to dynamically run over rough off-road terrain with many bumps. The ESC (electronic speed controller) is also equipped with the TBLE-04S sensor-equipped model that is compatible with brushless motors of 15.5T or more. [Uses 2.4G radio control for easy play with multiple units] The set includes not only the completed vehicle, but also a wheel trigger type transmitter that is ideal for controlling the vehicle, a 7.2V battery for driving, and a charger. The RC mechanism uses a 2.4GHz radio control set that can be easily enjoyed with multiple units without the need for band adjustment such as crystal replacement. The 2.4GHz frequency, which is also used for computer wireless LAN, has a one-to-one correspondence between the transmitter and receiver (vehicle), so there is no need to worry about interference, and the transmitter and receiver are already paired, so there is no need for troublesome setup work. The transmitter also uses a grip cover and trigger cover. The cover can be removed and adjusted, making it easy to operate even for people with small hands. As stated in the item description the guitar was indeed brand new with tags. Was very anxious while waiting for delivery but I need not have as the item was packed incredibly securely and even had it fallen out if the sky I'm sure it would land undamaged. I did have to contact the seller regarding customs charges added on by ParcelForce once it arrived in the UK but this was not the fault of the seller it was mine for not reading the listing fully.
I was skeptical being was shipped from Japan & was over $300.00....The package came on time & was double packed...Very happy with entire process & would buy again from seller in a heartbeat..My only complaint is I asked to change shipping address...They replied yes..But it was not changed..It worked out as it turned out but main issue was product was as advertised
