  1. Poor communication from the seller. Delayed shipment. Was not willing to except problems related to the order. Item was delivered used and broken although was marketed as new (how else would the item have cosmetic issues if it was never used and plus not working). No instruction, no remote and no descaling Kit was send which always comes in the original package. Had to wait for remote to prove what was seen without it. Would not recommend dealing with this seller. See photos attached.
