It's was shipped in a timely manner , the box was beat up a bit but I expected that from how far away it was being shipped from . Genuine GM as described, great price for this item. Unfortunately the way AC Delco packages these with nothing in the box to prevent it from tumbling around, it took a hell of a beating in transit and destroyed the included gasket. Not a big deal, just a peril of shipping anything heavy.
