Great seller I bid/paid for this item right away but soon realized that I will NOT work on my car. I contacted the seller, tried to cancel the order however they said it was processed already and I could just return it and they pay for return shipping as well! I wanted to avoid this but you cannot get a better seller then this! A + It arrived, they issued a return label and I sent it back and got immediate refund!
Although there was a mixup with the order resulting in me receiving the wrong part and wrong packing slip, they responded quickly with the right part being sent out immediately with an apology for the mistake. I truly believe that the measure of a seller is with what they do when something goes wrong. That is why I have no problem with recommending this seller and yes I would use them again.
This item was shipped in a very timely manner. It was well packed and although I have yet to install it, it arrived and appeared as advertised which is all you ever want in an eBay transaction. Great sale, great transaction.
