Shipping was fast and precise with the online tracking. The packaging was amazing, kept the products safe and dry since it was raining when they were dropped off. I got every single item as described, the games even had the booklets included which is rare! The BEST part of the whole thing was that I got it in 3 days or so, I was expecting to wait a week at least since the product came from Japan but I was thoroughly surprised at how fast it got here. Five stars all the way. If I could leave more I would. There communication was by far the best I have ever encountered when dealing with Disney merchandise from Japan. They took the time to update me every step of the way. Another thing which is a must to know is that there Disney merchandise is REAL and not a knock off that you see with so many Asian sellers! I was a bit worried when I saw the condition of the shipping box BUT because this sculpture was properly protected it arrived safely!
Item arrived with previously bought item (shipping combined!) on time and was packaged well with the other set. As with the pother item there was no damage to the item packaging.
