This is a pull from a 1988 Toro Wheel Horse 414-8 model 31-14K803 garden tractor. Pulleys spin freely but the smaller pulley makes some bearing noise. See the short video of me spinning the pulleys by hand. If you need mounting bolts just say the word and I'll dig some up for you. I was unable to locate a part number nor diagram for this assembly.
