Description
80x80x5 sliding door trolley with 2 adjustable feet Price for 1 trolley! The correct functioning of the gate requires the installation of 2 bogies and only then can we guarantee smooth and easy operation, regardless of the quality of the gate itself You have the problem that the door runs heavily or gets annoyingly stuck at some point. The cause could be a poor running trolley The guides that make the gates are not perfect. They can still twist months after installation. This can be caused by stresses during profile making and the welds themselves. Our drives are resistant to these types of problems thanks to the use of 2 torsion-independent joints on the guide rollers that compensate for the unevenness of the tread. Our customers swap out classic trolleys (with rigidly attached castors) with our trolleys if their door is jammed or damaged (a courier driving their car backwards did not notice and hit the door). Almost 100% of the time the problem is solved by replacing the cars. It happens very often that the gate is difficult to move over a certain distance. Adjusting the classic bogies will not have the desired effect in many cases, and the only solution is to heat the track and straighten it manually. This will damage the paint and galvanizing. This will only half solve the problem as the door can be “straightened” but after some time the problem will return. Don't let this type of solution fool you. Have the door installed by the manufacturer on a pendulum chassis with a joint. An investment, and you no longer have to deal with the problem of a sluggish gate. NOTE! The specified rail dimension is calculated on the outside, not in the middle of the profile. This auction is for a car for the profile 80x80x Technical Parameters Pin spacing in bench A=170mm W=70m Additional 2 bases to facilitate height adjustment of the door All elements are made of high quality steel and galvanised The cars come with bearings 6304 2RS equipped , the largest size available, which protect them very well against the accumulation of sand and other contaminants The weight of a car is 10k The load capacity of the trolleys is up to 2500k The guide rollers are made of very high quality material, with increased hardness and abrasion resistance The construction is designed to disassembled each item and can be replaced with another one if needed. In many cases, when replacing a standard bogie with an articulated bogie, it is sufficient to remove the central bolt connecting the base to the body and replace it with ours. The only condition is that the thickness of the body of the previously installed bogie is 12mm and the diameter of the center bolt is 20mm (in most cases, these parameters are met). Advantages of sleds ● the guide profile can be twisted, welded together; this does not affect the function of the carriages . The gate continues to glide easily along its entire length. ● The door itself may be warped, negligent or inaccurate; this does not affect the function of the carriages. ● the load is always evenly distributed between each of the four rollers, none of the wheels will ever be overloaded How do the drives adjust the height? When assembling the gate itself, it is necessary to adjust the carriages to different heights. Often the foundation is not evenly cast. We have our trolleys with a 2. Base equipped to facilitate the height adjustment of the gate. It is less and less problematic to put the door slightly higher by mounting it as shown in Figure 9 than to forge the foundation if the gap under the door is too large. Drill holes in the bench, e.g. for m1 pins. Attach them permanently, e.g. B. with a chemical anchor. Attach the first base directly to the benches. The second base is used to bring the door to the correct height Fitted with nuts from top Why these trolleys? Our many years of experience in the fence industry have led us to develop a cart with such possibilities. Many times we have installed a gate manufactured with the utmost care and despite tedious adjustment of the carriages, the gate moved only with resistance, e.g. from the middle of the gate to the end. After adjusting the drives in this position, the gate moved slightly on this section, on the section from the center to the opening where it had previously moved slightly, but with resistance. This is a typical behavior of a gate with a warped rail profile or the gate itself. Such a door cannot be adjusted to normal trolleys! What causes deformation of the guide rail and the entire door? The standard and most common door profile (channel profile semi-closed 80 x 80 x 5 slot 27.5) is cheap and solid. Unfortunately, during production, stresses are introduced into the steel structure by rolling, which together with the welds distort the profile. The stresses are easy to see when you cut through the profile and the ends “loosen” due to the stresses. Prefabricated profiles with a "twist" are also common (Fig. 4). A twist of only 5 degrees completely blocks the gate on normal trolleys and is virtually invisible at a length of 6 m. The door profiles of the various manufacturers are usually produced by rollers. A press brake does not introduce torsional stresses, but is much more expensive. The deformation of the entire gate, which affects its movement, consists in the rotation of its plane, so that the guide profile and channel of the guide roller are not flush (Fig. 5). In this case, the guide roller pulls the door to one side or the other of the cart. A common problem, especially with long doors Construction Since the carriages are designed for heavy loads, the guide rollers are metal only and profiled so that the load is always transferred to the center of the bearing. They come with hermetically sealed , equipped waterproof bearings that are sealed with a metal-rubber seal (and not just a metal plate) to ensure that dust and moisture do not get inside and the grease contained does not age. The bearing size is the largest that can be used for an 80x80x5 profile. Thanks to the unique design, the load force acting on the carriage is always evenly distributed over all four support rollers, regardless of how warped the guide is. Therefore none of the bearings will ever be overloaded!!! With a normal chassis, it is not possible for all castors to always be loaded evenly, because they are rigidly attached. The more wheels in a cart, the greater the discrepancy. Carriages and sleds are not precision parts; with normal carriages, the furthest protruding reel may carry the most load. You can easily convince yourself of this by turning an ordinary cart upside down and rolling it over a flat surface - some of the reels will still not spin! Thanks to the unique construction of the trolleys, their load capacity is up to 2500 kg!!! For example, the required load capacity of a trolley for a gate with an entrance width of 6m and a weight of 600kg is approximately 1500kg (with trolley spacing: 2m, see brochure for details Remember - do not buy cars without the load capacity specified by the manufacturer Please note - the required load capacity of the car cannot be selected based on the door weight alone!!!, it is necessary to take into account the car distance (counterweight length)
