NO Dispute or Refund request will be initiated before emailing me, to rapidly, friendly and professionally resolve your issue. My personal warrantee on delivery is good for 90 days. 12 FDC in sleeves will exceed 3.5 oz, and the Tracked S&H will be $4. and this would cover up to about 20 covers. (less than the USPS rate chart ) The S&H will not exceed the US Postage rate + 70 cents per payment. I will not ship to : Asia, Russia, Romania, Ukraine, Romania, Bulgaria, Serbia, Croatia, Mexico, South America, Central America, Middle East or Africa unless the shipment is registered!
