Set of 6. Price discounted because woman has been reattached at waist and arms at her previous home, please see photos. Has been very serviceable for us for many, many years. Otherwise in great condition. The trees stand 3” tall, man is 2 7/8” tall, woman 2.5” tall, children are 1 7/8” tall. Please note only bottom of original styrofoam tray available.
