Dress is not lined and not sheer. rare find, and in excellent condition. No issues. Fabric, the top is a textured cotton polyester knit mix, the feels like it could be a thick polyester mixed with cotton also. measurements shoulder 13 bust 32.5 has darts waist 25 hip up to 38 length 30 size small/usa size 2
