Shirt was accurately described with lots of pics with tape measure so no surprises, same-day shipping (which meant it was mailed on Friday & arrived Tuesday on other side of US), well-packed, item in even-better condition than as described (after photos, it was cleaned, pressed, folded & buttoned). Good value, as described, but a little too long, packaging was clean and secure, shipping- well it is the post office so eh. The only thing I don't like is the picture I could not tell there were sequence on the pockets and I'm not a fan. But the fit is good except too long and I have to have them hemmed.
