Vintage 70s Christian Dior Necklace Sapphire Emerald Crystals Omega Choker Signed From a Florida estate, t his is gorgeous vintage necklace made by Christian Dior with gold tone metal from about the late 60s to early 70s. The center is set with emerald green and blue sapphire crystals and accented with tiny white rhinestones. It is signed on the dangle, "Chr. Dior" with the copyright symbol; and also on the fold over clasp. I have seen this attributed to Henkel & Grosse, Germany, but I have not been able to verify that. Three tiny white rhinestones are missing from the side edges of the piece, shown, please see all the photos. Measurement of the necklace is approximately 17 & 1/2 inches long, this includes the dangle chain which is about 2 & 1/4 inches. I would say it's in very good condition, but again, three tiny white stones will need to be replaced. A good jeweler should be able to do that with no problem. The gold plate is in excellent condition with rubbing or damage. I do have other vintage linens, lace, fabric and jewelry on auction and am happy to combine shipping. The color was not as depicted. I shopped for yellow saffron color (the color posted in the listing). What I received was a bright lemon yellow color. Crochet work was fine and item packaged very well.
