I purchased this snow globe to replace the one our cat broke earlier this month. It shipped very quickly, but somehow, it broke in several sections during transit. I promptly contacted the seller and provided photos showing what happened, and they refunded me without prompting. It was a fantastic experience and a fantastic seller despite transit issues.
