Vintage Ice Blue Glass Pedestal Banana/Fruit dish, no marks, I am unsure of manufacturer and could not find another one like it. It is bright blue but glows a faint green under 395 UV, so probably manganese. (It wasnt easy getting a good picture of the green glow. See photos) One chip where the base meets the top, possibly a manufacture defect. Measures 4.75" H × 10.25" L × 4.5" W
