Cool looking walkman with 5 band equalizer. Very similar to aiwa hs-u07 in terms of pcb & mechanism layout. Getting rid of players in my backlog currently & I don’t have time to do as many repairs as I used to. This one suffered from battery corrosion. On the surface it doesn’t seem too bad but It has definitely spread to the motor pcb as the motor does not move. Red power light turns on when pressing all buttons as well as switching it to radio mode. Some corrosion on the eq pcb but power goes through the circuit so no issues on that end despite the condition. Cleaned the belt gunk as well as some of the leads to see if I can get it working without much work. Thank you for reading.
