  1. Seller advised that there were possibly more issues with watch than just a broken strap. Offered an additional discount and multiple opportunities to cancel the purchase. I accepted the additional discount and the seller advised that it had shipped. Watch arrived in 3 business days from Japan! I fiddled with the various functions and got them operational and switched out my straps from my 20 year old Suunto. Well packaged, extremely fast shipping. I would definitely buy from this seller again.
