It has minor paint chipping. The windshield is damage and the previous owners tried replacing the plastic windshield with some sort of off yellow color plastic. It's missing the steering wheel and missing the mounted artillery gun. It's still a good looking toy. This toy can be reused for parts or maybe as a art piece.
