Item inside original box was carefully packed inside plastic bag and inside another box to protect item. Item was in great condition as described in listing; even better than expected, given the age of this aluminum tree. Was a very good value for how nice this was. Shipping cost was very reasonable and arrived across the country just two days after purchase. Would definitely recommend!
Everything about the order went smoothly snd the customer service was great! I asked the owner for more photos and they gladly put up more photos before I ordered. The box and order was packed securely and safely. The item was exactly, it not better, than what I had expected. I would say I got exactly what I paid for, it not for a great deal and service.
