This unique sculpture is a vintage 1994 Castagna Original, made in Italy. The intricate carvings on this totem pole showcase a variety of subjects, including people and animals, with a 3D effect that enhances its beauty. This item is signed Castagna 1994 on the rear of the Totem Pole, on the upper side of the base. It is made of alabaster & resin. Castagna pieces are not mass produced. These pieces are no longer made. The colors are vibrant, and the size is medium, standing at 11½" in height and 8" in width. This piece is part of a collection of totem poles designed by the artist and is perfect for collectors of Native American style artwork. It is an original, manufactured in the late 20th century (1970-1999). The black & gold sicker on the base reads: " 188 Original By Castagna Made in Italy with a leaf design in the center. The bottom of the base is also stamped: 61232 F412 TOTEMPOLE This piece is in great shape and would make a stunning addition to any decorative collection.
