Entropic Resale did an excellent job of packaging my purchase so it arrived in perfect condition. My package arrived quickly and my cookware was perfect! It looked exactly like the eBay pictures and, although listed as used, had no chips or scratches to make it look used. I am so happy with this purchase and will gladly shop at Entropic Resale again.
