As described, shipped on time. Item arrived without damage, despite that the shipping box was hilarious. I would highly encourage you (considering you sell 100+ items per month) to INVEST in good boxes to ship your items in. You'll find that boxes costs far less than the value of your time spent trying to source used weak and inadequate boxes, which according to other buyers reviews, is costing you in damaged items which you have to refund for. Pocono Summit, PA has many places to acquire them.
Missing pieces and foot prints on items but seller offered return and refund so that’s what matters at the end of the day. Wish it would have been as described but oh well. Only leaving neutral because packaging was bad, and parts were missing also no communication or response when I reached out multiple times. Bad buyers experience.
Item was exactly as described in the description. Item was in a very sturdy double layer box and was wrapped well in bubble wrap for protection and it arrived in good condition. The shipping was remarkably quick for USPS Ground Advantage. The price was also very reasonable for a hard-to-find item. Thank you.
