However, only 3 stars because I received my tote with a big defect, when the seller specified that there were no scratches nor defect. The images were taken before it was defected. Experience taught me to ask questions before any purchase, and I did. I sent a message to see what they could do to rectify it, and received a negative response that was not professional.
