The frame has also been changed from maple to rosewood and mahogany, giving it a more luxurious "grained" look compared to the black painted exterior of the 100 series. In addition, the body width when the frame is attached has been increased from 363mm to 356mm, the body thickness from 80mm to 87mm, and the overall length from 965mm to 970mm. The pickguard is larger, and the cutaway has a stylish Florentine style. ☆Change in pickup system The 100 series was equipped with a B-Band piezo pickup, but the 200 series is equipped with an SRT (Studio Response Technology) powered pickup system! It is possible to blend the piezo pickup sound with an independent pickup for each string with the MIC sound that simulates the sound of a GC42S miked with a Neumann U67.
