It is a popular series even today, known for its powerful, high-pressure, energetic Les Paul sound that is unique to YAMAHA. It has a bright, edgy sound that is different from Gibson's Les Paul, and I think you can get a different kind of sound. The sound is also hard, and it can handle a wide range of sound making, from clean to drive sounds. There are some scratches and minor scratches on the top of the head and around the pickups, but overall it is in good condition. See photos. It comes with a soft case. The case is the one that came with the guitar, and it is in beautiful condition.
