  1. USPS is providing false info as far as delivery on the tracking it is saying delivered when in fact it is not. The next day it is delivered. This has been happening more than once. I don’t know if it is stolen or misdelivered This could cause a claim on the purchase as I would be led to believe it is not showing up. It would seem the postal service is trying to make it look like they are providing superior service instead of being truthful

  3. I ordered the item and it was confirmed by the seller. It arrived as scheduled, but the box was in bad condition. I took pics and reported it to the seller. They reached out to me and asked if it was working. I tested the unit, it seemed to be working, but the remote was missing. They offered to refund me $25. I accepted.
