Description

Here is an old advertising card from the 1880s showing the vote breakdown from the 1884 Presidential election between Grover Cleveland and his Republican opponent, James Blaine. There were also some "others" mentioned. The card measures about 3 X 4 3/4 inches. The front of the card shows it was "presented" by John W. Canary of Wilmington, Del. and also advertises for A.C. Yates & Co., a clothing maker in Philadelphia. The card shows some wear and some tears, most notably the printed sides are separating at the edges. Please see the pictures and ask any questions. Thank you for looking. (Inv A25,915)
