This is Covenants (Lion Rampant, LR1010; 1990), a 64-page resource supplement for the 2nd edition Ars Magica fantasy role-playing system. There is a price tag inside the front cover, and a name in ink scribbled out on the title page; it is otherwise in near mint condition. I go through used books page by page to check the condition; I want to be as clear about the condition as I can. That's not to say I necessarily catch every detail, but I'm pretty confident that if there are tears, or writing, or missing pages, or other substantial flaws, I will know it and account for it in the description.
