This knife for auction is a spectacular 1980 issue Case Genuine Stag Shark Tooth , 5197 L SSP, 4 7/8" closed. This Case Shark Tooth Lockblade is stamped on the front tang of the Clip blade with Case XX SS (Lightning SS) USA with 10 Dots, dating this as a 1980 issue Case knife, while the rear tang is pattern stamped with 5197 L SSP. The front left bolster also features the encircled Case bolster stamping and the Clip blade has GREAT "walk and talk" snap. This is a BEAUTIFUL knife that has never been used or carried. Handles are made of Genuine Stag Horn (deer antler) are nice and shiny and the original Case Genuine Leather Basketweave Sheath is included.
