Description
Description This is a 2022 Fender Custom Shop "1969 Stratocaster NOS" model, featuring the unique Blue Flower and Matching Headstock design. It faithfully replicates the 1969 specifications, including the large headstock and F-key tuners, while maintaining a pristine, non-relic state as a "N.O.S. (New Old Stock)" model. The neck shape is the relatively thick 1969 "U" profile, with a flat 12-inch radius fretboard and vintage-style narrow, low frets. The pickups are Fat'60s Strat Single Coils, and the controls consist of volume, tone, and a blender knob (which mixes the front pickup when the bridge pickup is selected and vice versa). The cavity has been treated with conductive paint for noise reduction. There are a few small imperfections: a slight paint chip with a dent near the body edge (around the elbow area), and a small dent on the body side near the high E string. The frets show little to no wear, and the neck and truss rod are in excellent condition. A white pickguard is included.
