Poor communication from the seller. Delayed shipment. Was not willing to except problems related to the order. Item was delivered used and broken although was marketed as new (how else would the item have cosmetic issues if it was never used and plus not working). No instruction, no remote and no descaling Kit was send which always comes in the original package. Had to wait for remote to prove what was seen without it. Would not recommend dealing with this seller. See photos attached.
The item was shipped quickly and well packaged. The box was kind of bent a bit, but I think the was courtesy of the USPS! The item was just as pictured, brand new and just what I was looking for. It was reasonably priced and very happy with my purchase, great seller!
The 5.11 tactical 6x6 pouches arrived in excellent condition and quality was as expected. These look great! Communication with seller was smooth. Thank you for having products at good prices!
